ALL TB SKIN TESTING SUPPLY REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE WEBSITE or via fax.

 

   ~   Skin testing supply orders will no longer be accepted via phonecall after January 1, 2010.

   ~   Skin testing supplies should be ordered to last approximately 3 months.

   ~   Skin testing supply orders will be filled on TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS only.
